Parking passes will now be paperless to allow touchless scanning from mobile devices at entry points. Parking can be purchased online prior to event day at Ticketmaster.com.Upon entry to the parking lot, present your mobile parking pass to the parking attendant for scanning.

Gila River Arena has transitioned to a cashless transaction arena ensuring contactless options for food, beverage and merchandise purchases. Credit card transactions only. Cash will no longer be accepted. ATMs are not available on site.

First, and most importantly, the health and safety of all guests in Gila River Arena is paramount.
Guidelines include:
- Recommending fans wear a face covering at all times
- Increasing sanitization of high touch point areas including door handles, hand rails, and elevator buttons
- Installed hand sanitizer stations throughout the arena
- Implemented a cashless environment to decrease physical contact with fans
- Encouraging physical distancing when possible

All previously purchased tickets are valid for rescheduled date. This includes printed tickets purchased at the Box Office.
Gila River Arena events are now mobile only ticketing. New ticket purchases will no longer be emailed, mailed, or available to print at home. Your mobile device is your ticket.
To access your tickets, download the Ticketmaster app and log into your account. Save your tickets to your mobile wallet for easy access. Upon arrival, present the barcode on your mobile tickets for entry. Click here for more detailed information on mobile ticketing.
All Patrons require a ticket for this event regardless of age. No exceptions.

To limit touchpoints, Gila River Arena is now a non-smoking facility. There will not be any indoor or outdoor smoking areas available for fan use during the event. Fans who exit the venue to smoke will not be permitted reentry into the venue. Cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, juuls, lighters, etc are strictly prohibited.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and those with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By entering the arena and arena grounds, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
